This type of valve is used in stainless steel pipeline system.

working principle

The intelligent anti mixing valve is operated remotely by compressed air. The valve is normally closed (NC) under normal conditions.

The valve is equipped with two small pneumatic valves that can be opened under normal conditions, one for monitoring and one for CIP. The valve core (the upper valve stem is in a reversing valve) has two seals, forming a leakage cavity between each other. The leaked product can flow into the leakage chamber and be discharged through the detection valve. This type of valve can be cleaned in situ (CIP) by supplying compressed air to the pneumatic head. (see the figure) when cleaning the valve, the fluid flow direction is directly opposite to the valve core, which makes the intelligent anti mixing valve insensitive to the water hammer effect.
