Sanitary directional control valve is a directional control valve with more than two flow forms and more than two oil ports. It is a valve that realizes the communication, cut-off and reversal of hydraulic oil flow, as well as pressure unloading and sequential action control. The valve is controlled by the direction of the relative movement of the valve core and the valve body. The reversing valve, also known as the Chris valve, is a kind of valve with multi-directional adjustable channels, which can change the fluid flow direction in time. It can be divided into manual reversing valve, electromagnetic reversing valve, electro-hydraulic reversing valve, etc.
The advantages of sanitary reversing valve are accurate action, high degree of automation, stable and reliable work, but it needs to be equipped with a drive and cooling system, and the structure is more complicated;
The classification of sanitary directional valves is as follows:
(1) Motorized reversing valve, the motorized reversing valve is also called the stroke valve.
(2) Electromagnetic reversing valve, the electromagnetic reversing valve is a directional control valve that uses electromagnetic attraction to manipulate the spool transposition.
(3) Electro-hydraulic reversing valve, electro-hydraulic reversing valve is a composite valve composed of electromagnetic reversing valve and hydraulic reversing valve.
(4) Manual reversing valve, the manual reversing valve is a directional control valve that pushes the lever by hand to manipulate the spool transposition.
